Where public health officials in England said that the volume of activity in people begins to decline from the age of 40 years.
Recent calls from researchers suggest that people aged 40 to 60 should start a regular fast walk. Walking only 10 minutes a day can have a significant effect, reducing the risk of premature death by 15 percent.
You can also walk to shops instead of driving, and walk quickly at the food break every day, so you can live a better life.
The focus was on middle-aged people, because it is the age at which physical activity starts to decline.
Researchers recommend that people do 150 minutes of activity a week, but nearly half of those aged 40 to 60 fail to do so, with 1 in 5 exercising less than 30 minutes.
It should be noted that although the daily 10 minutes is not the required level, it will be enough to make a difference in high blood pressure, diabetes, weight problems, depression, anxiety and musculoskeletal problems such as back pain.
